I think you just want your fat to magically disappear. It takes time and effort just like raising kids. I have 2 of my own (5 yrs and 8 months) and I'm a full time worker and we go on walks everyday because walking is good for everyone not just for me. Children need to exercise and have a well balanced diet too.

I'm not hungry all the time but I love food so I work out everyday so I can eat more and I also set MFP at .5 pounds a week.

I been doing 30DS for a while now. There's another group here jillian Michael one year commitment started super strong but for the last couple of weeks it's been only myself posting. For the first round I used 3 pound weights and between 30DS and keeping an eye on everything I ate I lost 15 pounds. I love 30DS that's why I'm doing it again and I probably will continue with it until I get to goal. Now I'm using 5 and 10 pounds weights and I'm hoping to lose at least 10 more pounds this round.

Same here. My stomach feels horrible after eating unhealthy foods and I get sleeping.

I had about 40 pounds of baby weight and I was wearing size 14-16 jeans. Todays is a good day I was able to go shopping in my closet. I can't believe I don't have to wear the same 2 pair of pants anymore since I fit into my old jeans.

I finished 30DS today. Starting wt 170 competed 154. Going for a second round.

Yes I think I'm going with a second round of 30DS, I like the routine and I can see my body changing every day. For the second round I'm going to use heavier weights and try to keep up with the advance moves.

I have a 4 yrs and a 6 months. It was hard at the beginning trying to work out , eat within calories limit, take care of 2 kids and work full-time, but once you get a routine going that works for you life gets easy. Push it and you'll get there. I been on MFP since January and I already lost 14 pounds. I do work out videos…

30DS day 26 completed. I don't know if I should do level 2 and 3 one more time or try something else when I'm done.

I still have 20 pounds more to go but lately I been asking my husband to look at my butt when I walk pass him. I like my butt a lot now.

30 DS -Day 2 of level 3 completed. Besides the knee pain I'm going to say level 3 is my favorite, I like feeling that I'm actually putting some work.

30DS- day 1 of level 3. So far so good. Between a combination of 30 minutes cardio, CICO, and 30 DS every day I'm down 13 pounds.

How do you like level 2? My mom and I started level 2 but stop after 3 day of it and when back to level 1 because I didn't feel like I was putting enough work and my knees were in pain.
