Major wow!! You look amazing!!! Well done. And I have done the same with slow but consistent progress. I have always went for the quick fix in times past, but not this go. I gave myself time to adjust to every change and made them permanent. 13 lbs to go!

The first day starting is always the worst for me with exhaustion and pain. I allow myself rest on that day. And for the most part I don't restrict calories during the week prior...... I am always starving the week before. Then my hunger seems to go away during the week of.

I quit Dec 28th 2015.... yep right before New Years. I have been wanting to quit for years and FINALLY broke the cycle of drinking 6-7 days a week. It just killed all motivation for me. Had to go! Kudos to you for wanting to do something about it and taking that step. I am rooting for you!!

I have found the following supplements to be helpful.... Maca is great for muscle recovery. And may I recommend Maitake mushroom? It neutralizes the acid buildup in the muscles.
