I've lost weight, to include 2 inches off of my waist. What is the best way to lose more weight from my stomach? That is where I really need (and want) to concentrate on. Doctors say that is the most dangerous area to be fatty. Thanks!

Thank you for the guidelines of how much water we should be drinking! It makes it easier to count by the number of water bottles. I would agree that strength training won't help the scale number go down. On the other hand, it does extra duty in burning fat. I'm guessing moderation is the key. I would only use weights once a week with 90% of my exercise for the week being cardio.
