Hello, drink a lot of water. Also, find some low calories snacks. Apples are great for feeling full, I also enjoy was crisp bread with any nut butter and half a banana sliced on top. Agree about the elliptical. I really enjoyed using the recumbent elliptical. Plus I love listening to books and various Speaking, preaching while working out.

I enjoy looking at other people's diaries for sure. It helps me with meal planning. I love when I see people having a dessert or indulging., because I know that I am not alone in this hustle. I definitely find when It's public I pay more attention to my diet as opposed to when it was private.
