It shouldn't matter if he "bangs on about it" or not. The fact is that ridiculing her and trying to bring her down isn't right. Thanks for the list. The thing is the only meal I "eyeball it" is dinner I always look at protein bars at the store and think man those are high in calories and think I better stick with the Luna bar i get because I know that I "eyeball it" at dinner that way if in don't get it right I known will be under in calories.

So as long as I continue to eat at a deficit I will continue to lose weight? The reason I ask is because I read that your body gets used to the workouts and u essentially stop losing weight. Can u also look at my diary and tell me if it looks ok. I do not ever feel hungry and I feel great I love this app and this community!

I think more then anything mental and safety as far as I know. I started at 270lb I don't want to overdue it on my body while I weight so much.
