Agree if I run into that problem I always choose the entry with the highest calorie count.

How tall and how much do u weigh? If u are extremely over weight then u will probably see a big drop the first month or two. But that us only if u continue to eat at a deficit.

I weigh myself first thing in the morning and last thing before bed I like to see the trends that my body goes through like not fully hydrated or fully hydrated to much sodium or sodium in check and so on. I see small drops but I like to know.

Just wondering what is your sodium consumption under over? If over a lot maybe u are just retaining water and are actually still losing fat.

I changed my lifestyle 30 days ago I started out at 270 I am now down to 250 (248) I feel great not sure if I am losing faster then expected or should but I am a big guy so I thought it was kinda normal to lose alot quick when u first start and are really heavy.

Not sure how big u are but it seemed to me the more weight I lost the bigger and softer my fat felt, but I Googled it and got the answer so it was cool! Eventually I did notice that I was slimming down.

I noticed within the first week. But I tracked my calories so I make sure that I end beach day with a deficit. When I workout that is a bonus for my body and deficit!

Are intervals necessary? I have been doing cardio for about a month started doing 5 min warmup walk then running for 15 min. I am now up to 2.5 miles on the treadmill with 20-25 min of running only 5 min warmup walk and 10 min cool down on a lvl 5 incline. I do not run then walk then run etc.... should i?

Have u tried eating dinner a little later? Maybe instead of snacks eat fruits. Maybe go for a walk when u get the cravings. Have u tried drinking a big glass if water before the snacking? Just ideas.
