I'm having trouble sticking to my diet and working out regularly. I also haven't made really a plan yet as to what I am doing good or exercise wise, any tips are welcome. But yeah, I'm lacking motivation :( please help

Make a plan is a good place to start. You should do that :)

The basic science behind weight loss is calories in vs calories out.

If I told you you could eat whatever you want within reason, and still lose weight, surely you would like the sound of that right?

The best advise I can give you is eat healthy but enjoy a treat, If that's what gets you through, so be it.

Exercise should be viewed as a means to get healthier and feel fitter. Weightless is just something that occurs as part of that process.

Today I ate a sausage and bacon sandwich and don't have a shred of guilt, due to the fact I worked out.

But he also shouldn't feel guilty for eating it if he didn't go over his daily calories!
