Try increasing your cardio and a slightly higher protein diet. When I hit a plateau, I put myself on an eating schedule to stuck to it, increased water and tried new exercises and increased workout time. Stick with it. Plateau's don't last forever.

Hey, let's do this! I totally know what it's like to lose weight on your own. It can be hard sometimes but when you're doing it for yourself with yourself alone, you learn to love yourself so much more.
