I've been working out for a while now but I've been losing fat but gaining muscle mass. Came from having a bad of 33to 27 all while maintaining the same (weight 285lb) s. I need some help with what to do to lose more fat. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Try increasing your cardio and a slightly higher protein diet. When I hit a plateau, I put myself on an eating schedule to stuck to it, increased water and tried new exercises and increased workout time. Stick with it. Plateau's don't last forever.

How long has it been since you lost weight?

You also mention nothing about a calorie deficit, which is how you lose weight. Are you logging everything with as close to 100% accuracy as possible?

If you haven't lost weight, but you have seen measurement/body composition changes while lifting weight-you've been eating at maintenance. Get into a deficit and you will lose fat.
