I am a 40 G and I find the Dansik sports bras from Walmart are great. Get at least medium support. When I do Cardio, I usually just wear to sports bras. Hope that helps.

Can so relate... I learned to find replacements for some of my favorite foods. Like instead of chips, I have baked snap peas or instead of cookies a handful of cereal. Oh and goals help me, like that pair of jeans I always wanted

First of congrats on your weight loss! I myself list 100lbs at one point and still had 50lbs to go, tho instead gained 50 lbs.
