Lost willpower and motivation

Has anyone else lost a substantial amount of weight, becoming comfortable with the loss, but still needs to lose more because of a set goal that needs to be met, and has lost all motivation? Yeah, that's where I'm at. But now I'm gaining again, and I'm having a hard time finding that state of mind I was in when I first started losing. I started at 244, got down to 162 at one point in time, and I'm now back up to the 180s. The disappointment in myself can be cut with a knife, it's so thick. And so are my thighs. When I started I bought a year long planner. You know, those ones you get in the office department at that horrid place that starts with a W. Anyway, I used it as a journal to just write whatever I was feeling, set goals, the works. That was nearly four years ago and I still purchase one every year and continue to use it. I also have a binder where I keep collected weight loss stuff. It worked so well in the beginning, but it doesn't seem to get me as motivated as it used to. Well...it does at the moment I'm writing in it...but hours later.... I just want my state of mind back. My head was completely in the game. I was strong willed and hey, I did lose a lot of weight. A lot! But then I got comfortable. I set a goal of 150. I must get to that goal. What's the point of setting a goal if you don't meet it? Does anyone else have this issue?

First of congrats on your weight loss! I myself list 100lbs at one point and still had 50lbs to go, tho instead gained 50 lbs. I tried everything to get motivated again, as a matter of fact, sounded a lot like you.
A friend of mine had this crazy idea that I go see a therapist, I thought she had lost her mind ! Tho, it was actually very interesting... the first thing I learned is, that if I don't love myself, I am not going g to treat myself the way I deserve.
I am not saying go to therapy, but maybe try to change the way you talk to yourself.
Ask yourself, all those things you are saying about you, would say that to a friend ? If not then why would you be that cruel to yourself? It sounds crazy, but after I learned to be nicer to myself , I started eating right and working out again, because I deserve to be healthy...already lost my 20lvs again.
Worth a try?
Either way you can do this.

Thanks! I think most of my problem is that I just got comfortable being at a weight that I haven't seen since high school. I've been over weight my entire life. But I have no sob stories. I wasn't teased by other kids. I never felt bad about myself in that respect. The only part of me that I might put down is my arms. I really really don't care for these bat wings. Lol. But I know there are a lot of women out there who are down on themselves. I'm only disappointed in myself that I haven't kept up as strongly. I just need to find that spark again. It's weird, but I find more motivation from total strangers than I do from people I know. Even if they are song the exact same thing. I don't get it.0
