I do not smoke, and that is a great idea about antioxidant rich foods. I didn't think that would really play a role in skin. thanks

I am actually terrified of it though. I think if I did have skin as loose as some people i have seen online i would end up gaining weight to fit the skin. It is almost like a mild "phobia" of mine. I am glad to hear from you @xX_PhoenixRising_Xx it makes me feel better knowing that it can shrink, and it can be covered.

Today I turned down a vanilla shake from in-n-out burger.. it was hard, I love shakes, but i didnt want the sugar. Did you know that a regular size shake is almost 600 calories. that is 200 calories more then the burger itself.

I havent weighed in in almost a month, but I just took my measurements for the month, and since last month I have lost a little over 30 inches all over. An average of 4-8 inches per major area.

The best part is you can double, triple or how ever many X you want to increase the sauce. It is great the next day, on veggies, little cheese spreads, wheat thins, or even on sandwiches .. I used a grilled chicken and put it on my sandwich as the spread it was great.

Everyone has a slip up day. I had 8 alcoholic drinks the other day which was WAYYY over my calories, but I knew that at the end of the day, I was going to work twice as hard the next day to make up for it. clothes, and vacations, and shoes.. For every 10 lbs I buy a new shirt or pants, or shorts for every 20 lbs i buy a new pair or workout shoes for every 50lbs I will go on a mini vacation

I don't mind the corn starch for myself personally. And if any of you do not eat chicken the sauce itself is great over tofu and veggies. For an event I went to I took Brie and baked it in FILO dough. Then put a side of the sauce with it and wheat thins it was a hit!!
