Lard. Just kidding. :p But chips work, as well as popcorn. They are both tasty, and packed with calories. Treat yourself to a buffet if there are any in your area. Pizza is good too. If we're talking healthy as well, try -Eggs -Potatoes -Pasta -and Quinoa Best of luck!

WATCH WHAT YOU EAT. It is as important, if not more important than plain exercise. Also, get enough sleep, it is crazy what it can do for your metabolism, and not to mention your energy and general health.

Getting enough sleep is imperative. It boosts your metabolism, and keeps you energized. Also, watching what you eat is equally, if not more important than exercising. Try a meal plan. Good luck! [Edited by MFP Staff]
