About once every 2 weeks for breakfast, I like to get a 12-grain bagel with cream cheese. They only spread the cream cheese on the bottom, so I throw away the bagel tops, press the bottoms together and have half a bagel with double cream cheese ;) That works out to 295 calories, ~400mg sodium.

You could measure yourself instead and track your measurements instead of your weight. That might be easier to deal with emotionally until you are good with yourself again and ready to step on a scale.
