How often do you weight yourself?

Daily, but I record an official weight once per week. BUT is information doesn't freak me out or make me anxious if it fluctuates...that's the key.0

Daily, in the morning. I log my daily in a trend app. I only log new lows on MFP. Or if I have a really significant bump back up, but that hasn't happened since I started LCHF at the end of March (better diet adherence).0

I typically peek at the scale each morning, although less so the past couple weeks, and always do a proper weigh-in Sunday mornings.0

I try to do just weekly, but I usually end up doing it daily because I'm impatient. lol1

I feel like I'll get anxious waiting a whole week. I'm an impatient person
Every Sunday for me

Once a week on Friday mornings. I would obsess about daily weigh ins.0

Truthfully, once a month. Never weekly or daily because you'll let yourself in for disappointment. This is a journey and it takes dedication to see results. I know what you mean by being impatient, this has been a process that has put my patience to the test!1

I weigh nearly every day but record it once a week.1

Weighing daily stops me from obsessing about the numbers...it's impossible to be upset about "gaining" 3 pounds when you know it's just water from Chinese food. If I worked hard all week and then hit the scale on a bad day my heart would be broken.5

I have an "official" weigh in once a week (always naked, after bathroom, and before eating). But if I feel like checking my progress I will step on the scale any time naked or clothed for casual check ins. This stops me from obsessively weighing myself daily or going crazy all week wondering. I checked myself yesterday after eating dinner wearing my pjs and I was only about 1 pound heavier than I was during my last official weigh in. So even though I don't know my real number currently, it felt good to know I'm obviously on the right track.
I remember when I first started trying to lose weight a few years back I would only do it every 2 weeks because I didn't own a scale and had to go to my college's health area. It was hard waiting so long but honestly the big number difference would keep me motivated all 2 weeks (plus taking classes where my grade depended on it!)1 -
two or three times a day, usually2

I didnt when I was loosing, its not about the number to me its about how I feel. Now that Im maintaining I weigh once a day because im trying to figure out how many calories a day to eat to maintain properly0

Well, I weigh myself daily.
But I weight myself about 3 days a week when I do my physical therapy strength exercises on my ankles and hips.0 -

I only log my weight when it goes down...makes it easier to see the general trend without getting bogged down with water fluctuations.0 -
every monring1

Perhaps. It simply made me giggle every time I saw the thread title. Autocorrect on my phone likes to change "weigh" to"weight" on me whenever I don't pay attention.0 -
Weekly, there abouts.0

Nope, Weigh is a verb and Weight is a noun, certainly in the UK, It's probably just a typo.
As long as we don't have to get on to lose/loose.....

Every friday morning.0

A couple of times a week
Daily was just too....too....
like a roller coaster. Mon morning I'd be excited to see I was down a pound only to step on Tuesday morning a have it say I was up 3 pounds0 -
I weigh myself every morning as I need to do it to keep myself accountable!1

Every morning.0

Every day, but I'm switching over to once per week because I felt it was becoming an obsession (for me).0
-
i just started whole30 last week and it suggests not weighing for the full 30 days. its really really really hard not to step on that scale when i walk past it! when i get to a more maintenance phase, i'll probably go back to daily

Daily. If I did every week I would get sad because I retain METRIC %#@& TONS of water on my cycle. I weigh daily so I can watch that water fall off and see my loss while laughing maniacally:)0

Fresh off the potty, buck naked, just before shower, every morning. My smart scale synch's to MFP every time. At this stage, where every single thing I do counts, it's all a numbers game for me. It keeps me going, though some mornings with gains make for a rough day. One day at a time!0
