Every day? Every week?
I feel like I'll get anxious waiting a whole week. I'm an impatient person

Every day (first thing a.m. same conditions each day).. I officially do a weigh in day on Wed.7

Every single day. In fact, I wake up excited to step on the scale.12

I only weigh once a week. Usually on Friday. I cannot obsess over pounds or I will go nuts!4

I weigh in every day. I like to have more information on my graph. I track the ups as well as the downs. It helps me to get a better picture of how I react to certain foods or that TOM. I only share on my newsfeed when I am at a new low.4

I weigh in every day and use a trend weight app to watch the flucuations.3
-
I weigh and log it everyday (but I use my own calorie calculations outside of MFP so it is not constantly adjusting my calories).

Daily. I helps me stay focused and it helps me see when a plateau has started. After about a week at the same weight I can start my game plan instead of waiting three or four weeks.7

Every morning as soon I wake up. Helps me stay focused on the goal.4

Every Saturday morning after I pee and what not.3

weigh everyday , but log once a week ,, even if i dont like what i see4

I casually weigh myself in the morning (not at a consistent time, scenario, etc.). But I'm doing official weight, measurements, and progress photos Saturday mornings post-workout, pre-breakfast.1

Every day.
I have been weighing myself every day since I was ... I don't remember exactly ... maybe 17 years old. That's for 30+ years now ... with a few short-term exceptions, like when I'm travelling.1 -
I weigh myself on weekdays. On weekends I'm not home... or I would2

I've tried a couple but I prefer Happy Scale. It even gives you the possibility to break down your goal weight to smaller milestones and it really keeps me motivated.1 -
I weigh every morning after I pee and naked. Know that weight loss isn't linear and jumps around. I track my 7 day average as well which smooths out the bumps and lets you see where you are actually headed.

^^ Same. I used to weigh weekly, but I started to find a weekly "weigh in" was too much pressure, but I'd heard weighing yourself daily can become obsessive so I didn't ever do this. Then I joined MFP, read the boards and realised so many people weigh daily, and now I do too. It's not for everyone, but I've found I actually worry less about the numbers than I did when I weighed weekly. Seeing an increase means I can see what's going on and notice trends and react earlier than I would with a weekly weigh.

I'd also recommend Happy Scale. I love that you can choose your little milestones and take the focus off the big one (especially if like me, the end milestone is pretty huge! lol!)2 -

Once a week. Every Sunday morning.

Every Sunday, either at midnight because that's technically, when a new day/week begins or as soon as I, go to the bathroom; after I awaken. If I was asleep, during that time!0
-
Every Saturday morning, right before I get in the shower. The only time I'll switch it up is if I'm going away then I'll usually weigh in the morning before I leave.1
-
Every day. First thing. I'll use the toilet, rinse my face off with water to help wake me up and then I step on the scale. I have a wifi scale, so it directly syncs it to MFP.
It's nice to be able to see the changes, did the weight go up b/c I didn't drink enough water? ate something with a high amount of sodium? am I ovulating? is it my TOM? are my muscles retaining water b/c I did a new workout? or did I get out of control with my eating enough to warrant a gain? Normally, it's always something to do with retaining water and not actual pounds. Weighing daily is what helped me realize that I "gain" during ovulation. I never realized that until I started daily weigh-ins.7 -

Daily, in the morning, before I eat. It takes all of a minute. And knowledge is power.4

Usually once a week, in the morning before I step into the shower. I used to weigh myself daily, but it started getting obsessive for me--I would freak out over the slightest gain even though I know sometimes it's hormonal or whatever. So now, once a week works for me. I take my measurements every time I go down 10 pounds.1

I weigh weekly.
Some weigh every day to track trends and whatnot but for me, that's a bit much. I'm not too fussed about trends and patterns, I just like to know I'm staying on track and remaining healthy. Other's swear by daily weighing. It is personal preference0 -

I notice I have a slight gain during ovulation as well. I find it funny that I now have more pms sign during ovulation than TOM. I am trying to figure out if for me it's due to age, almost 40, or weight loss.1 -
Every day. I enjoy it. I only log what I weigh on Tuesdays. I also measure weekly (or when I feel like it) and log it once a month. I like to look at the numbers lol.2

I simply don't. Considering feeling depressed when I do I just do what should be done1
-
Every single morning without fail. I will goes as far as to get naked lol
