Dark chocolates or a piece of fruit? :) however, if I do want dessert, I fit it in my calorie goal.

Once a week. Cheat day is mainly just a day where I don't log in my calories. On non cheat days I do snack, but it's stricter and I count the calories.

Chickpeas, red beans, black beans
-
For the chickpeas, I've made curried chickpeas and vegan tikka masala. (Pinterest has the full recipe :) ) You can also make chickpea tacos, add chickpeas to a vegan pizza, and roasted chickpeas, as you suggested sound delicious. Also, if you like hummus, you can make hummus dip and eat it with a side of carrots or celery!…

Thank you for the suggestions! :) I think I found something similar to the veggie Chinese pancakes.

Lol it's okay. This dish is from a restaurant: "Mock Vegetarian Peking Duck with hoisin sauce and green onions". Thank you for the suggestion!
-
Similar but instead of the mushrooms, there is mock duck.

My go-to meals include either red beans or chickpeas. Vegan Tikka Masala is super delicious. On a quick day, I would easily make red beans (sometimes adding vegan sausage) and brown rice. As for snacks: popcorn or raisins and nuts. :) not fully vegan yet but I love making plant-based meals.

I agree with this. I try to mainly eat plant based(not vegan yet) but a calorie deficit really works. Also, a lot of veggies are low in calories but too much of anything may not work well.

Thank you!

Spinach, popcorn, pretzels, dark chocolate. :) for non-snack items I like making my own dishes: split pea soup, chickpea dishes, red beans and rice. I add different veggies and even veggie meat substitutes to add flavors. Very delicious!

Looks good!! Is that a yogurt of some sort?
-
I'm also trying to eat mainly plant based, some suggestions would be: cranraisins/raisins+peanuts/almonds/nuts, banana and peanut butter, hummus and carrots/celery, fruits. as for low calorie, non-fruit/veggies: dark chocolate, and popcorn. I always snack lol
-
I would prefer protein: gives me more energy.
-
^ I always include sweets! Mainly dark chocolate. Dark chocolate is sweet and curbs your sweet tooth. My favorites are dove dark chocolate with almonds. I get the pack with individual chocolates.
-
Maybe a cup of fruit/fruits? :) No cooking required and a grab-and-go food! Also, yogurt, whole grain muffin? You can also boil eggs the night before and eat them the next day.

Don't eliminate soda all at once: slowly start drinking less. Limit your sodas to maybe once a day? And switch your sodas to maybe flavored seltzer water(carbonated)/tea/water. Some people may say you don't need to eliminate soda completely. I agree: as long as you drink it in moderation, all is good. However, if you want…

Yes!! Fresh veggies and fruit are a lot more reasonably priced than I thought!
-
I love peanut butter cookies!
-
That's exactly how my macros look! Mainly carbs, a lot of fats and a little protein! I thought the beans would provide enough proteins but I guess I need more =p I even drink protein drinks after a workout.

Hello! Some people plan them, others don't. For me, I plan them either Friday or Saturday(weekend) because I'm not so busy those days and I like the weekend. Lol I also don't do too much restriction during the week, I still eat snacks(dark chocolate, chips in moderation) Cheat day for me is just a day where I can eat out,…

Sounds good! Are they filling?
-
Pro-workout: Coffee w/ very minimal creamer(if I have time) Post-workout: Homemade juice with spinach and fruit(since you said no protein drinks)
-
Any time! I prefer to workout after a cup of coffee though lol
-
Yes! I always count walking as exercise. It's awesome when I reach my step goal+ MFP adds my steps/calories automatically lol

Oatmeal: - 1/4 cup(serving size) of oats - 1/2 or whole banana - 1/4 or less cup of almond milk - Tbsp of flaxseed - Tbsp of cinnamon - Tbsp of sugar(if you want it sweeter) - Drizzle of salt - Tbsp of Peanut Butter. Under 400 calories and quite filling :)

Thanks for the input! Just tried one and I agree: it does taste artificial but it's really chewy and not too sweet so I guess that's good lol
-
Thanks for the input! I just tried the cookies n cream, they were so-so, but artificial? lol I hope the other flavors are better! Thanks for the list! :)
-
Thank you all! I've recently brought a huge quest protein powder and two quest bars: cookies n cream and cookie dough. Cookies n cream is not too sweet but artificial tasting? However, takes awhile to eat lol which is good. I'm still open for suggestions. :) I appreciate everyone's input :)
