I do cheat days; it keeps me "discipline" to an extent. Lol I swap out junk food for healthier alternatives: on my cheat day I eat whatever meal/fast food. Note: I do not completely restrict myself throughout the week. I eat some sort of candy or chips but meal wise, I try to eat completely clean. :-p

Blogilates. Cassey's workouts are a bit hard but others are durable. She has quick workouts and full workouts.

I'd recommend a granola bar, snack bar or fruit. If you don't like those, I recommend mini size candy/snacks.

I also eat 2 meals a day. Lunch and dinner. My "breakfast" is usually coffee/tea or a snack(apple). I eat snacks in between, but 2 meals is fine enough for me.

What's butter coffee? Sounds interesting. :o I use about 2~5 tablespoons of coffeemate in my coffee, but when I don't have any I use 1/3 cup of lactaid milk. The lactaid milk(1/3 cup) is about 43 calories.

Thank you for the explanation! :) I didn't know a food scale was an important object in weight loss/calories. I thought that my measuring cup/eating smaller portions would work, but maybe I should invest in a food scale!

Is using a food scale similar to using a measuring cup? Or is a food scale more accurate? I've seen food scales before, but never thought that I'd be eating more than I think! Especially since I use a measuring cup at times. :)

That's my exact problem! I have bulky thighs to begin with; when I gain weight, most of it goes to my thighs and lower abs. I don't measure my food on a scale, but when you say "surplus" do you mean eating over calorie goal? My calorie goal is 1200. sometimes I eat over it, depends on the day. :D

I haven't measured my thighs since working out these months. Maybe I should! When you say, "eating at surplus" do you mean eating over my calorie goal? If so, sometimes I do, sometimes I don't. My calorie goal is 1200, but sometimes I'm hungrier than other days. :D
