  • Mmmmmm Chai Latte. We got a Coffee Pod machine for home that does loads of different drinks, including a Chai Latte. It's only like 120cal which is much better! It's tasty too :) failing that, you can usually buy loose chai tea from a tea shop and brew it yourself. Not quite the same, but very tasty :)
  • I lift on separate days to my run days. I run 3x and lift 2x with 2 rest days. If you will insist on doubling up, then I believe it's lift then run, so that you can nail the lifting form correctly.
  • Hmm depends. We have what are called "pasta bowls" but we call them plate bowls. They're wide, shallow bowls and we use them a lot. They're good for containing rice and pasta :)

  • I try not to eat them all, just because that figure might be wrong. That said, yesterday I burnt more than my entire daily allowance. I was so hungry and, yeah, I ate those calories back :lol:

  • "Muscle weighs more than fat" No. 1lb is 1lb regardless. A ton of feathers weighs the same as a ton of bricks. Muscle just takes up less space than fat.

  • I try to eat back a proportion of my calories earned by exercise, but not all of them. I do this to protect myself in case something hasn't been logged correctly :) be it that I've eaten more than I think, or I haven't burnt as many calories as MFP thinks I have :) x
