Ok very late to the game but am joining in on day 20 (I am not catching up on the missed days :) ). 2 min 30 sec done. You could have sewn a jacket if you had attached a needle and thread to me with how much I was shaking at the end.

I am pretty set with 3 kettlebells workouts a week and try for one moderate length ride (with three kids that need constant chauffeuring time is always tight) that rarely exceeds 2.5hrs. @BettyM1017 Core Synergistics is good. It has been a while since I have done many of the P90X workouts but this one is nice and steady. Not particularly strenuous, compared to others as I recall, but not as easy as KenpoX. More pushups than I remembered though....:)
