If you are strength training and running, you will be building muscle and muscle weighs more than fat so paying attention to the mirror rather then the scale may be your best bet. As far as diet goes, there must be something your missing. Dieting doesn't work if you sabotage it at all. I.e. sweets, breads. I'm not sure on…

My biggest piece of advice would be to learn what the diet is and why it works. This forum and redit can teach you what to eat and how much but it's best if you understand fully what changes your body is going through, especially if you want to explain your diet to friends. Look up Dr Volek and Dr Mercola, watch some…

Getting back on the horse is what counts. Knowing where you've been and that you want back there will motivate you! I did the same thing and was in one heck of a rut for quite a while.

The best thing I ever did was get a personal trainer. He cost alot but it got me in the groove and got me doing workouts that I wouldn't normally have thought of. Once I was comfortable, I stopped using a trainer. If you know someone who's gym savy, ask to tag along.

Just gonna throw this out there....... most of the booty exercises work the core as well. Deadlifts, squats, hip lifts etc. So long as the diets in check, keep working the badonkadonk and the stomach will follow.

Im curious, are you saying youve been dieting and exercising since may and haven't lost a pound? Or have you been losing and plateau?

Heck yes! Id go nuts if you couldn't lol I just had a 1/2 pound guacamole bacon burger from Carl's Jr. No bun, lettuce wrapped, no tomato. Lots and lots of fat in that beauty. Subway salads with steak and chipotle Fat burger no bun Pizza from Panago but I just eat the toppings.

I'm with livinglean. Weight loss is defiantly not your goal here, toning your body is. Weight training is where you should go to, and that doesn't mean you need to build lots of muscle but light weight training will help you tighten up.

It's alot easier for the older people (this includes me) because we can't drink like we used to or were hungover for days. There was no way I would give up being a piss tank when I was younger lol My advice to you.... because we know damn well you aren't gonna just quit your night life, and really..... You don't need too.…

I've tried alot of diets and every single time I "fell off the wagon".... it was after a cheat day.

Look in the mirror. Not wanting to risk your results may motivate a bit. Also depends on the type of diet but most have ways you can get sweets and chips and such. Bodybuilders use "refeed days" as part of most diets.

I drink zero ultra monster energy drinks daily and I eat zero sugar jello with a little coconut whipped cream on it. If you bake, there are some real good fat bomb desserts out there. I'm a trucker so my options are limited.

Keto. I have been on Nexium for 14 years for Gerds and a Ulcer. I have tried every other medication on the market as Nexium is not for long term use but they don't work. It's so bad that if I forget my daily pill, by 26 hours from my last one, I will be throwing up stomach acid. On Keto, I do not have to take my pills at…

I eat a boat load of schniders mild pepperoni sticks. 110 cal, 10 fat, 5 protein and 520mg sodium. These literally check everything off the keto list!.... minus fiber, potassium and magnesium but they would probably help you out real good if you like them.

I didn't bother reading all these comments but thought I would write one hoping this wasn't mentioned already. Jogging/running does more damage than good if you are heavy, look on any bodybuilder forum and you will see none of them run as it causes too much damage to joints. weather you walk a mile or run a mile you'll…

If 1940 is your calorie goal then try to meet it without counting excersie. (at least for the first bit) Your exercise will be a add weight loss bonus or cover you during dietary slip ups. If you are having trouble staying under your calories then you are eating the wrong foods. For weight loss I would suggest adjusting…
