It sounds like a mental thing to me, maybe a mild binge eating disorder?? Psychotherapy (CBT based) may really help you overcome this pattern.

Wow everyone is a legend and has done sooo well. This was mine in 4 months about 16-17kgs lost. I'm 175cms. I've lost 6kgs more since then. And yes my bathroom is still messy hahaha!

Yep I weigh twice a day in the morning and night. When I weighed in weekly it made me stressed. How it's just habit and I'd notice a 2kg increase and be able to tell what's happened, it's also interesting to see how much taking a wee effects your weight etc... Lol maybe I'm just weird that way.

Not sure if I'm right but compulsive overeating may be a lot to do with habit and phsycology. Kind of like giving up smoking without the physical addiction part (the physiological barrier is the hardest to break). A lot of it is your WILL power and breaking down the psychological barriers and habitual routine. Like smoking…

Yep lipo if you want to change it. Some things are genetic and I've known really skinny people with double chins it's just the way the neck is built I guess. My partner has it (and so does our baby - so cute!!) They have cute sticking out ears it's sooo cute!!

Started at 84 kgs to 66 kgs in 4months. Now I'm in between 63 - 64 kgs. For me it got harder when I got into the mid average BMI range. Ps not sure how my conversion is I'm metric so I'm just guessing.

I lost about 40 in 4 months.

Michelle Bridges 12wbt?? Or if I had enough money I'd just do lite and easy because you don't have to cook and they provide all of your food and count calories for you.

Me too. If I was more hourglass shaped or even pear shaped I'd probably be happier with a higher weight. But I'm either apple or square shaped so a lighter weight suits me (unless I get butt and boob implants  lol)

Oh and if I made myself a sandwich i would deep fry it then put icecream and chips on top of a savoury sandwich. Wtf.

Large whopper with cheese meal for breakfast with a sausage roll, Large Big Mac meal for lunch with an extra cheeseburger (or two footling subs) a family bag of lollies for 3pm snack and two massive bowls of spag bowl and salad for dinner then raid the pantry. But I was really skinny back then 175cm and 58 kgs! Having kids…

Me too!! I gained all my pregnancy weight plus more while breatfeeding. I lasted 4 months then had supply issues (doesn't matter how much I ate). I'm just probably one of those peeps who if formula wasn't invented I'd have to go see the local wet nurse to feed my babies. Happened with my mum and her mum but my GMA just fed…

I've lost 20kgs. I lost between 16-18kgs on Michelle Bridges 12wbt in 4 months. It's a bit pricey but it works. And the rest I have lost on my own. Only have 4 kgs to get down to my 'goal weight' and maybe an extra two for my wedding date! there are other programs like fitgirlsguide on Insta and a few…

@Anabbee OMG me too!! Breastfeeding for me initially I put on soooo much weight (even more than when I was pregnant). Then I went on a program and lost. I could only feed for 4 months though but that runs in my family. (My mum, nanna and most aunties have a problem with milk supply).

Hi, I think a program would really help you as you sound like you need to understand some fundamentals of weight loss, health and nutrition. (no offence most people, including me have been here) After having my 2nd baby I went on Michelle Bridges 12wbt and lost 18kgs so I think that's over 30 lbs. it's really great, the…
