  • Thanks for this thread everyone - I had my first weight gain this morning after adding exercise to my routine to lose the last 5 kilos and was completely thrown. Am going to drink a lot of water today and just keep going. :)
  • Definitely logging. I actually thought I was eating a healthy diet and realized I was eating over 2500 calories a day - yikes!!! Now I'm struggling to eat over 1,000 calories so trying to fix that and I've hit a plateau so thinking I have to commit to a regular exercise routine.
  • I'm motivated but it's just not budging. I lost the first 9kg relatively quickly and these last 5kilos are holding on for dear life. I think I'm going to have to up the exercise which I loathe. I'm still eating well and keeping the carbs low. I think I need to make sure my calories are higher - I find it hard to eat over…
