Congratulations on the 1/4 pound, could be a gain. Don't get discouraged. I have had up, downs and plateaus. But I don't stop exercising, eating right and may never get to my target weight, but I assume you are a lot younger with a lot less medical issues (medication can affected outcome also). I will be 71 in a couple of…

You can add me too. Hate to be cliché but take it one day at a time and don't get hung up on too many details. Find a program that you feel comfortable with, call it a "meal plan" as anything that begins with die (diet) can have negative connotations. It is difficult, but unfortunately it can be done but baby steps. I am in no way close to being a nutritionist but I have been on death's door with illness several times from cancer to heart condition to diabetes, but even though I didn't feel like doing anything, I forced myself as I had my family to think about but that…

The one I like and that I have done several times and is more geared to beginners or more mature citizens like me (69 years old) is: week one and two chair squats to establish technique. day 1 20, day 2 30, day three rest, day 4 20, day 5 30, day 6 40, day 7 rest. Week two repeat except do prisoner squats (hands behind…
