  • Yes, I am pretty sure that’s the issue. The end of toe blisters only happen when I run over 10 miles at a quicker pace. I lose at least one toenail after every half marathon. I have some pretty wicked calluses at the end of my toes.
  • Pro Tip: I recommend warming the water first. Unless you don’t have any water to make coffee. A bucket of cold water will wake you better than a few dozen shots of expresso.
  • Re: socks and KT tape Anyone else allergic to the world? I can’t use KT tape because I am allergic to adhesives. Seriously, blisters form under the tape in minutes.   • I found the GPS on my old Fitbit to be really off. My phone was more accurate so I stopped using the Fitbit. I used my phone for a while until I bought a watch with better GPS accuracy.
