I'm happy to report that I've lost 2.86lbs since I made this post  so it was just a matter of time and patience as most of you guys said! Now I'm tracking my calories more strictly so I can be more conscious of what I'm eating. That's like the only change that I've made, ah, and eating more calories haha!

It happened to me as well. lost like 40lbs 3 years ago and then filled myself with excuses and gained all those 40lbs back plus another 40lbs. But this year I promised my self I would change my life for good. So here I am back again. This year I've lost 33lbs so far. So yes we can! You have all what it takes!

What I've learned so far is that the body gets used to anything. So, constant change is the key. Actually today I've realized I've been eating fewer calories than I should, so I've immediately start changing that. I was eating 1750 calories a day or so now I'm planning to eat 2100 + half of my exercise calories.

I use it. I think it is a good complement to your diet and exercise. What I've read is that there's not enough scientific proof to say that it burns fat. But it help you have more energy, which should help you be more active which should help you lose weight.
