5'7" Highest Weight: 153 Current Weight: 146 Goal Weight: 130 48 years old...feel like I'm still in my 30s...metabolism definitely 40-ish. Just back to MFP and hoping it will motivate me to be more active, bring down my weight and tone my middle. My clothes don't fit.
