My ex's aunty used to do that to me, my response was always,"I'd rather be fat than a *kitten*" lol. My motivation is the same everyday, to step on the scales and watch the numbers drop and get back to double digits at least. I haven't been under 100kg since I was 14!

Some people don't have a filter lol. I have the same trouble, I'm a big bloke so needless to say I need X sizes but the issue is never my waist, it's always my thighs, they're huge. So I get where you're coming from with getting the right fit. For me, I just accept that some people's attitudes can be rude but I don't let…

It's all mental mate, if you had of shown two separate photos, I wouldn't of picked they are the same person. Maybe see a therapist as you don't want those emotions affecting you on a daily basis. You look great, nice work!

That's awesome, if you're working out too, don't forget that you're probably bulking up so in your case, measurements are probably more accurate than scales. Keep up the great work!

Keeping it off. I read a quote once that said,"diets come to an end so weight generally returns, it needs to be a lifestyle change. Forget the old you and enjoy the new you".....along those lines anyway. It's true!

When I don't exercise I can even stay below the recommended intake most the time and not be hungry, as soon as I do any form of activity that builds up a sweat, I'm still hungry once I've maxed the daily, it sucks lol

Don't let it get you down, I lost 50 kgs a few years back and gained half of it back again. Stay positive, everyday is one step closer to your goal! I find it helps to set small targets at a time rather than looking at the end product. It will come sooner than you think :)

A planner is definitely something I need to do. My most successful weight loss period was when I had my meals sorted every week. Thanks!
