  • A lot of factors can contribute to hunger, such as stress or not getting enough sleep. Did you do any exercise today, whereas you didn't yesterday? Any small changes could also change your hunger. Some days we're just hungrier and there's no real reason. It's just how our bodies are, and means we need more energy :)
