My goal is 10k and then everything on top of that is gravy. Most days I get between 12 and 14k.

Yeah I had two days where I ate at maintenanceish but it was all sugary salty crap (friends over, ordered pizza, they brought donuts - yeah). Yesterday was especially bad. It made me gain 3 lbs. Now I'm looking at cutting my cals down to 1200 - 1300 a day again until I lose the water weight. Should I do that or should I…

My favorite supper is a bunch of roasted vegetables in a big pile, top with soft cooked egg (either fried in bacon grease or poached) and cheese. The egg yolk makes a sauce.

Bowl of oatmeal with half a serving of protein powder in it and fruit or 1 cup unsweetened almond milk, 1 serving protein powder and fruit shake.

Yep. I keep all kinds of stuff in the house. I eat PB every day and I measure what I eat. My "trigger" stuff is chocolate, cookies, cake. We have that too, I just don't eat it.
-
Meh. I'll still wear mine. I'm more interested in my overall activity level.
-
I just eat my veggies.
-
It does. I'm in the process is of raising my cals to maintenance and do so with trepidation.

175 ish was a struggle. I think I sat at 175 for 3 weeks.

Peanut butter came out a front runner for me. It's extremely calorie dense but you can bet your stars I have it every day for the most part.
-
Yeah I set my level to sedentary as well even though I'm anything but.

No I'm not thinking of the Biggest Loser, I'm thinking of their show Extreme Weight Loss.

Sugar free gum. Trident makes a Swedish fish flavor. I'm currently chewing a strawberry starburst one. I do have sweets too. I'll be having two cookies and a brownie tonight.

It's the whole "you need to work out for 4+ hours a day to achieve results" mentality from the show that irks me.

I was an average sized kid, but my mother who has an eating disorder basically told me I was the fattest girl on the planet. She heavily restricted my food so that I wouldn't get even fatter. When I moved out of her house I went crazy eating everything I was never allowed to eat. That's what made me gain the weight. It…

I have the same thing for lunch most days - A ~ 150g apple with 32g of smuckers natural crunchy PB on it and a Quest bar.

Yep you win the thread.

Squatty potty. Changed my life.

I just say no thank you as well.

Fiber and sugar alcohols like erythritol.

"Processed" literally means something that has been through a process. Prewashed, bagged veggies have been through several processes - mechanized harvesting, sorting, quality control, washing and bagging. It's minimal processing but it's still processing. If you want totally unprocessed vegetables then you're going to need…

Quest bar and a fruit?
-
I can't eat raw salads anymore, I sautee or roast all the veg!
-
Anything that's been through a process is processed. If you buy your veggies prewashed, precut and in a bag they are processed. Some things are more processed than others. A protein bar is heavily processed, a bag of spinach is not as processed but it's still processed.

Meee! I'm aiming for 1340 atm, but will likely raise it soon to go into maintenance. Not sure!

My mother on the phone today told me that I looked like I had lost more weight and "you don't want to get too skinny!". It's like there's a tipping point. Up to 140 lbs or so people were so proud of me and said I looked awesome and praised the hell out of me. Now that I'm 126 lbs people are suddenly worried, think I'm too…

Most mornings I have oatmeal w/ protein powder and a banana in it. Some mornings I'll just do protein powder, almond milk and fruit of some sort in a smoothie. Most of my daily activity happens before noon, without breakfast I find it difficult to function properly.
-
I gained 5ish lbs, it's all gone now though :)
-
Same thing I have for lunch every day - 153 g apple, 32g natural peanut butter and a Quest bar.

You can also do overnight oatmeal in a slowcooker. I made an apple cinnamon one on Christmas day.
