My sister is the same height as me and stopped having periods at 115, so I knew I didn't want to go that low. I took the whole 100 pounds + 5 for each inch of height, giving me 120. I maintain at 120 - 125.

That's pretty much me. I walk or ride a bike. I love walking, we live out in the country so I walk around the woods with the dogs a lot. I'm 31, 5'4 and maintaining 120 - 125 lbs.

I maintain on what you're eating, but I have Saturday to eat whatever the heck I want. I don't even log on Saturday but I'm guessing it's 2 - 3000 cals.

Yep. Every weekend. I tried the whole "fit it into my daily calories" and that just doesn't work for me. I'd rather have one day a week where I eat all the things because in my heart of hearts I'm still a fat chick. I've lost 115 lbs so I must be doing something right.

5ish pounds. If I eat a lot of calories and drink a lot of water I can gain 5 lbs in a day. I can also lose 2 pounds in a day if I eat low sodium or fast.

I have a tiny frame, even when I was obese you could tell that underneath all of that I had a small frame. I fully believe that it's possible to have a large frame as well.

A friend of mine said this to me: Look at it this way, you know how to lose weight now if you need to. So if on the off chance you gain more weight than you want to by adding more calories, you know how to lose it again.

I'm 5'4 and have lost around 110 lbs. It came off pretty evenly everywhere except my stomach. It felt like my stomach held on until the bitter end.

... No it's Lent and I've given up added sugar for Lent (since it's an unnecessary luxury and giving it up is a real challenge for me). You have no idea why an individual may have given up added sugar at any given time, quit assuming. I don't enjoy being addressed like I'm an idiot.

Right now this is how I'm attempting to live but I'm still trying to tweak it to get it right. I "bank" calories all week in order to have an over day on Friday or Saturday. It works but I'm still losing weight so I need to figure out how to do this AND keep a stable weight range.

Yeah I wanted a real challenge this year. Last year I just gave up chocolate and that was fairly difficult all on it's own. You best bet that I'll be going into a sugar coma on Easter Sunday though.

Lent: For lent I'm giving up all food with additional sweeteners be they "real" or "artificial". So fruit is still fine. It'll be an interesting 40 days.

31 years old 5'4, 125 lbs and 35, 27, 36 - not even sure what to call it. I think it's ruler? I'm happy with it. I think my "straight up and down" look might be because I have a lot of loose skin and damaged abdominal muscles. If I had that seen to I'd likely have a smaller waist. It's not that important to me though.

Right now I'm 5'4 123 lbs as of this morning. I'm not sure what I want to do here. My GW was 125, I don't feel like I want to lose any more but I'm terrified that eating at maintenance will make me put on like 10 lbs.

I use a Fitbit and I set my activity level to sedentary and let the fitbit adjust calories from activity.
