I'm just curious as to whether or not people take the fitbit calorie adjustment into account. Sometimes it seems overly high for me. Like for today it's already - 155. Some days I have over 600, 700 calories burned because of the Fitbit.
So I'm trying to get into maintenance but I'm really scared of raising my calories, worried that I'll put on all the weight again. When you went into maint and raised your calories, did you put on weight? Did it come back off again without having to lower calories again?
I've heard about people doing that. Does it actually work?
What the title says. How often to you weigh yourself? I am thinking of starting maintenance soon and I currently weigh every morning, but I'm starting to feel like maybe I need to do it less often due to daily fluctuation.
So my Fitbit charge HR will tell me when my heartrate is in "fat burn" vs "cardio" zones whenever I am exercising. Is there any legitimacy to the targeted heartrate for fat burn thing?
Does anybody take it? What have your results been with it? My husband has recently gotten some and I'm highly dubious of it just like I am any "miracle weightloss supplement".
Right! Background: So since January I've lost around 100 lbs. My starting weight was 235, I now weigh 127. My goal weight is 115-125. I'm 5'4 and 31 years old. Not sure what my body fat percentage is but I do know that I want to get leaner, right now I'm pretty soft. I'm "lightly active" I suppose, I'm a stay at home…
