I work out at home. My kids and I get up at 5:30 most days. I bring them all downstairs, get them set up with a movie then they know that's my time to work out in my room. Sometimes they will come in and lay on my bed or play underneath it or whatever.

Depends on the day. Most times I try to keep it under 500, usually it's around 300ish. Lunch is usually my largest meal.

It's just another way to get your deficit in. For me it was a bad idea because it got me into a really unhealthy mindset.

I have the grossest tummy apron ever because I was obese when I had my three kids and I had poly which made me get huge. I'm waiting it out and hoping it shrinks over the next couple of years.

Different strokes. I like feeling tiny and "fragile", but not because I feel like it's feminine. I like looking androgynous and boyish. The closer I get to being straight up and down, the more I like my body.

That's how I eat on purpose. I go under during the week so that I can have a "cheat" day on Saturday. I keep it to just one day and I keep it to after 5 pm, sometimes I will fast until 5 pm, sometimes I'll have a light breakfast and lunch. It works for me. I lost all my weight eating like that.

My 3 babies have ruined my waist as well. I doubt it will ever get smaller than it is. I'm 124 lbs with a 27 inch waist and 36 inch hips. I'm always unsure about what my TDEE should be. Don't know whether I count as "sedentary" or "lightly active", don't know how much excercise to add because I usually do 30 minutes a day of cardio but a couple times a week I'll do 45 minutes or strength training.

My breakfast every day 1 package oat revolution steel cut oats and flax 15 g chocolate whey protein powder 100ish g banana Mix the protein powder with a little bit of water to make a paste, then add it to the cooked oatmeal. A variation on this is vanilla protein + strawberries + sugar free strawberry preserves.

I'm 5'4, my BMI range is 107 - 140 and I weigh 125 right now. According to some other things I've found, my having a small frame means I should weigh 114 - 127 so that's really the range I'm shooting for.

Husband tried it. Their food is gross, comes in ittybitty portions and has huge long ingredient lists.

What are good ON gold standard flavors? I'm a little wary to try the more "out there" ones because you have to buy a big tub and what if it's gross.

I don't work for GNC, I just like their whey. It mixes well and tastes decent.
