Olives. Full fat dairy, like cheeses, yogurts etc. Ideally grass fed or organic. Try other types of oily fish, like herring, mackerel, sardines, anchovies etc. Try other types of nuts and seeds.0

Seeds? Chia, hemp, flax. All have considerable fat, fiber and protein.
I grind flax to put in smoothies or mix with my steel cut oats; ground flax digests better.
Chia makes a great pudding. 1/4 ratio: mix with milk of choice, dairy or non; plus sweetener and fruits/nuts/spices.
I'll eat shelled hemp seeds on pretty much anything: yogurt, salads, blended in smoothies...
