  • I love to do walk because we can do walk in every kind of weather. I never skip walk and try to do it daily. This is my most favorite exercise that i can also do at home.
  • Sometime supplements are not good for us and cause so many side effects so i think it is good to use some energy drinks as pre workout. Eating some fruits and fruit juices or shakes will be perfect for doing exercise but not supplements.

  • Dinner is very important meal of a day and we should not skip it. We can eat less and little amount of food but never try to avoid or skip dinner. You can skip launch but not dinner because it is most important for living healthy life.
