I log first thing in the morning and try to plan the day out to stay within range however I am often updating and making changes in the evening if I eat something different to be sure and leave the day accurately put in.

Im on day 2! Doing Carivore/ketovore. I have done carnivore in the past. We (the hubs and I) tried for 3 weeks. He has crohns and all his symptoms went away in about 2 weeks. Not sure how active this group is any more BUT.... I started OMAD Jan 1, 2022. My eating window is usually around 4 to 5 pm. On most days it is a 1 hour window but sometimes it may be a 2-3 hour window. Rarely, I will move my window to accommodate an outing with friends. I do clean fasts. Only water and unsweet plain iced…

Apparently I joined a few years ago, but just recommitted to using myfitnesspal today! I started OMAD at the first of the year and I'm down 18.4 lbs now.
