  • Hi as long as your putting one foot in front of the other your winning girl.thats how I started out now run 10k nearly everyday (I currently have OTS ) which is getting me down though.so to you all your doing it and doing well.everyday you do is a day less on the couch.good luck and keep going
  • Put one foot in front of other once I start that's it I'm alive buzzing.it takes my body approx 35 mins to get warmed up proper than I'm on form.x it's the best buzz around .I use to weigh 19.2! Even then I tried to have some form of exercise. It was people that made that difficult but you know what I did this
