I’m happy to offer any support I can. I also like having an open food log to see what others eat ect. My current weight 156.4 goal 140. I eat 1200 cal day with 50% protein, 30% carbs 20 % fat. This works for me. Recently had back surgery post 6 weeks ago and can’t wait to get back to the gym but not for another 6 weeks…

I make egg bites. I use a muffin tin and put 1/4 cup egg white a couple pieces broccoli some chopped up onion I sprinkle with 1/2 tablespoon fresh good aged Parmesan cheese. Then bake in oven. Two bites come in at 94 calories 2 gm carb 2 gm fat and 15 gm protein. You can mix in anything you like.

I’m totally in.. need a challenge to get through the holiday season. 11/1 155.6 Goal 1/31 140.00 Goals workout at least 4x per week ( currently do ) and continue 1200 cal day and don’t eat a k workout calories. This is how my body loses weight.

Not as great a week as I would have liked but then again didn’t stay as on track as I could !! 6/27 164.6 7/6. 163.8 only 0.8 lb loss but then again any loss especially in a holiday week I’ll take !!

Not a great day yesterday !!! At work and we all ate tons of junky food . I don’t expect much if any movement on the scale front this Monday. I take responsibility and know it’s not the end of the world. I didn’t put it on overnight and I certainly won’t take it off that way either.. one day at a time

I lost 36 lbs three years ago and I’ve gained back 20 plus of which 10 during covid lockdown secondary to stress ( RN working in covid ICU ) . I work 3 12 hr day shifts. I'm out of the door at 5:15 am and at the gym at 9pm. I do this at least one day a week so I can Train at least 5 days. I usually just lift that day to cut my time to a minum. It's not easy but for me necessary
