This is our third round of the 15 pounds to lose challenge. Come and join us! All are welcome! We start fresh on November 1st. Post daily or weekly and let us know what's working for you and what's not. We are a friendly bunch who want to be healthier!

    I'm going to continue with my Saturday weigh ins.
    Challenge goal 6-8 lbs.
    Year end goal be out of the 150s.

    October GW - 130
    GW - 125 (then I will re-evaluate)

    March loss: -7.4
    April loss: -7.2
    May loss: -5.6
    June loss: -4.2
    July loss: -3.2
    August: -3.0
    September: -4.0
    October: -3.0

    Total loss to date: -37.2

    I didn't meet my goal last challenge :(, find it harder to lose now that I'm getting down closer to my goal. I have less than 10lbs now until I reach my goal I set out in March of 125lbs. But once I get there I'll know if it's enough or if I need to continue to lose a couple more.

    Let's do this.....we can do this!

    CHALLENGE: lose 13 pounds by January 31st (13 weeks)
    November 1st starting weight: 233
    January 31st goal weight: 220
    ultimate goal weight: 210-220 (whatever gets me down to ~20% body fat)

    Nov 01 : 233.0 (starting weight; 7-day average)
    Nov 08 :

    Goal : 220.0 : desired loss = 13.0

    My name is Donna and I am 61 years old. I live in the Midwest of the USA. 5' 5" tall. My starting weight was 253. I have relapsed in the past year and need to get back on track. I am type 2 diabetic and in remission for breast cancer. Health is my #1 priority.

    You can set your own goal. If 15 lbs. doesn't work, set another goal.
