I just started a pill this week. Usually when I start a birthcontrol pill I get all bloaty and gain. This one has actually made me completely lose my appetite. Hopefully that will phase out over the next few weeks?

Anyone can feel free to add me. I'm 5'5 and started at 200lbs. I'm at about 187 right now and would like to make it to 155. I put on about 40lbs since moving to a new city and I'm feeling super motivated to get that weight off!

I'm in a similar boat to you. Moved to a new city about a year ago and packed on a bunch of weight. Im 5'5 and about 195. I'd like to lose about 40lbs as well. Feel free to add me. Maybe we can motivate each other!

You say that weighing everyday works for you, but if you're getting disappointed or frustrated then maybe it doesn't work as well as you think. I struggle with the same thing. I weigh myself every morning and get frustrated if I'm still the same or a little over, even though I know it's just water weight.
