I also weigh in every morning after using the toilet, but I only "log" (in my journal) the lowest weight in a week. This has worked best for me :smiley: but everyone needs to find the solution that works best for his / her situation - there no strict rule what is best :)

I had the same issue, I was dieting on about 1700 before lifting weights and it worked pretty fine. When I started weight training, I upped my cals to 2100 and I was always hungry. In the end, I had to stop weight training, because of my shoulder, so I didn't investigate further. Just wanted to let you know, that others…

I'm 5'6.5 and my current weight is around 167lbs, my goal weight is somewhere around 135-145lbs. I am not sure, as I have never been that low :smile:

Thank you for all your great advice. I will try my best in starting a life of portion control ;-) I got myself a new tea today and I will try to exchange parts of my evening snacking for a nice cup of tea, maybe that works. :)

The 600 extra calories were all from the fitbit adjustment - I walked around 18k steps that day.
