I swim for exercise and love it. I did lap swim in high school and it felt great to be back in the water. Like others said, be weary of "calories burned" and don't over eat. Also look into water aerobic exercises! They've added a fun new component to my workout!

I work night shift (7p-7:30a) as a nurse and I think it's all about finding something that will work for you. For me, on work days I wake up at 4pm and go workout. I'm home by 5-5:30 and I have plenty of time to shower and eat before work. The days before I work I always prep my meals for the week. I'll pre-track my food…

I love c4 too! I use the powder so I can control how little or much I want. Taste is great and gives me great energy.
