I would put it in this app as stretching or yoga to get a generL idea. Also what is myofacial syndrome, been having jaw pain, tingling, ear pain myself. Going to doc on tuesday.

Well lm not 50...yet but l think l understand ur plight. I too am "addicted" to workouts. I originally was working out mon-fri but gradually added sundays too. Recently l have scaled back to mon- fri.

I like how mfp calculates ur calories without extra activity accounted for because u can then choose to add those calories or not.

I would use McDonald's calorie count. The amount seems reasonable to me. Or u could just approximate 50 calories per nugget. So for 6 about 300

I think the best solution is the one u came up with urself. Average the two until u see the doc, then get his input. Im sure the docs have heard this question before and if not perhaps they could refer u to a nutritionist. Good luck on becoming the person u were meant to be and keep us posted.
