I'm about two weeks in also. I am recording every bite. It is getting easier. It isn't as bad as I feared. I predict success.

Using the tracker it seems to be easier to eat at home. Placing my computer on the counter and working standing up seems to encourage pacing. Those steps add up. I try to pace while watching tv also. I'm just getting started.
