Two Weeks In!

Hi - I have been using MyFitnessPal for about two weeks and LOVING it. I'm finding it easier to stick to my nutritional goals and have already lost weight. I'm doing a low carb (NOT Atkins) plan and cutting out added sugar/grains as best I can.

    I'm about two weeks in also. I am recording every bite. It is getting easier. It isn't as bad as I feared. I predict success.
