I actually am allowing up to 1500 not that I try to hit that but just so I don't feel deprived. I've enjoyed all the meals on that menu very much especially the chicken salad!!

Well its what I went to first and I have 100lbs to lose myself. Thought I would give this a shot but its only been one day so I know I'm jumping the gun but its been a while since I went off low carb and have been extremely bad for a while now so I know its going to be an adjustment process.

I understand that! I know a lot have enough motivation do this on their own but I do best when I have encouragement and someone I know is needing me as well. I added you back hopefully we can be a great help for each other!
