  • I'm 32 with two kids. 8 & 2. I walk a LOT and it's made a huge difference. I did a program called 21 Day Fix. Sold through Beachbody. I did the modified version on the lower body workouts because I also have bad knees and hips. It did make me noticeably stronger and helped to tone. It also has a clean eating plan. Workouts…

  • Are you drinking enough water? Exercising daily?? I only workout 3x a week but I walk everyday and use a step tracker to make sure I hit my personal goal each day of 10,000 steps. I also don't eat 3-4 hours before bedtime. Have you recalculated your calorie goals since losing the 21lbs?
  • Didn't know it was IF, but since starting MFP, I only eat between 10am and 7pm. It's worked great for me and I don't eat junk at night. I used to be horrible at that and at skipping breakfast, but now I eat three meals and get in all my calories for the day. :-)
  • Add me too!!

  • I stopped cold turkey. First week was rough. Increase water, and drink coffee a couple times a day. It will help with the caffeine headaches. Just add a couple teaspoons of sugar. Not a ton of extras. You do get used to it after a while and at certain point you won't even miss soda.
  • Me too! So frustrating!! Have you adjusted your calorie goals??

  • I found that cutting my portions was a huge factor in my hunger. Your stomach will shrink and adjust over time and you'll be fuller longer. Same as when it stretches out from frequent over eating and being hungry more often. It gets easier I promise!! Stick with it!! You can do it!! What doesn't challenge you, doesn't…
  • After I while my late night hunger went away. But I will use Jolly Ranchers when I have cravings. You might also try some watermelon, which is mostly water. It's pretty filling and I know a lot of people use it pre-meals to prevent themselves from over eating. Idk your work schedule, but I use to work overnights and I…
  • And as Kgirl said, I log everything. I also add something in to see if it will fit into my calorie goals and if it doesn't, then I won't eat it!!
  • I'm also 5'6. Started at 212 pounds on December 7th. I'm currently 189. Yes in a little over a month. I hate the word diet. Find what works for you. Personally, I don't eat after 7pm. NEVER. I drink 5-6 bottles of water a day. No soda. No sweets. My guilty pleasure thought is instant coffee with hot cocoa every morning.…
  • 17) I want to be able to chase my kids around while they're still young. 18) I want to watch my kids grow up. 19) I want to get off blood pressure medication. 20) I want to reverse type 2 diabetes. 21) My personal favorite........ After my kids being taught to call me "Fat Cow Mommy" by my ex-husband, I want the next time…
  • I started at 212 pounds just over a month ago. Also 5'6. So far I've lost 20 pounds. I cut out all sweets and salty snacks. Drink lots of water and absolutely no soda or sweet tea/sweet drinks. I also cut all my portions in half and I don't eat after 7pm. The way I worked my portions was to make a plate of what I would…
  • Same here!!! Goal of 60-80!!!
  • Have had 3 c-sections and 2 other surgeries. Looking at a full hysterectomy before too long. Because of my endo issues I've gained a lot of weight. My goal is 60-80 as well!!! We can do it!! One day at a time, one pound at a time!!!
  • Starting over again here too. If it's not one thing it's something else. Lol was doing really well a year and a half ago but after a couple surgeries and being put on blood pressure medication, I threw in the towel. Finally weaned off the meds and am ready to get back at it. They actually made me gain every bit of weight…
