Weighed it out dry?

I would recommend getting checked out by a doctor. They can run tests and check your blood for deficiencies.

Are you getting proper nutrition? Why are you cutting out so many essentials? Fats? Carbs? Protein? Why no sauces? I can't imagine you are overestimating, and eating much less than 1200 and never feeling hungry. Sorry this isn't really answering the bloated question, but you need to properly nourish yourself. Eat a little…

You aren't actually sleeping through breakfast, you are sleeping in later. Breakfast is the first meal you eat of the day. Also, no. It's not going to hurt your metabolism. It doesn't matter what time you eat your meals or how many you have.

Firstly, I just have to say, "loose" is what your clothes become after you "lose" a bunch of weight. Now that's out of the way... Weight watchers helps a lot of people lose weight and maintain a weight loss. It seems to be really good for some people who don't do well with calorie counting. Sometimes calorie counting can…

It's not that you are exercising "so that you can eat more" when you exercise your body NEEDS more. Your calorie goals change because you're now burning more calories, thus, needing to eat more calories. You can "turn it off" by not logging exercise. 800 sounds really really low, it's far too low for your body to properly…

It doesn't really matter how often you eat. It's not going to "boost metabolism" to eat every 3 hours and it won't slow down your metabolism if you go longer without eating. I would suggest incorporating "real food"... or other food. Maybe bananas and peanut butter. Or cheese, greek yogurt, eggs? Find things that have lots…

I am at 1800 or so. I can't really say my diary is that interesting or something one should go off of though. haha.

How?

Your macros are over in certain areas, rarely, on your foodlog because you are going over the goal for that particular macro. So say you eat 200 calories of your goal in carbs, you're going to go over your carb goal. But you aren't going to go over your total goal because your total goal is 1500. You aren't going to stay…

Yep, Pure Protein or Questbars all the way. My favorite Questbars are Smores, Peanut butter and Jelly, white chocolate raspberry, and the double chocolate chunk.

People need to be careful with getting salads when going places, unless it's a plain side salad, maybe loads of calories. A salad is not always the best option.

Sometimes you have to.

The only thing that would make you gain weight if you ate above your MAINTENANCE calories continuously for many days/weeks/months in a row. Eating 5 fudge bars won't make you gain weight unless you eat them after you have eaten your *maintenance* calories for the day. You could have approximately 20-23 fudge bars without…

Well if they don't... there's probably a reason for it.

This is proof of how much misinformation is spread throughout the weight loss and diet industry. It's unfortunate that so many people believe you have to cut out all these foods in order to lose weight. People believe there's no other way to lose weight other than to deprive yourself of the foods you enjoy and to eat as…

Whatever that isn't going to make me overheat and feel uncomfortable.

I finally tried some Halo Top last night after loads and loads of people squealing about how delicious it is. I tried Arctic Zero previously, before seeing anyone talk about it (I had just randomly saw it at the store) and I really liked it. I think it was the shake flavor and it was really creamy and delicious. I got the…

If you have trouble with portion control and the "have a little bit every day to not deprive yourself" way doesn't work for you, try protein bars and/or shakes. You're still getting your chocolate bar or chocolate "milkshake" but it's packed with lots of nutrients to keep you full. It also helps me portion control because…

This confuses me so much. What part of the pizza do you eat? The sauce and toppings? I do the same thing with Twix and Kitkats. I'll eat the chocolate/caramel bits first and then eat the wafer part. If I am eating m&ms with peanuts or almonds in the middle I eat the chocolate first and then the nut part. Usually anything…

A lot of people use it as a meal replacement... period. So there is nothing to replace it with when the weight loss is finished. They just keep drinking the soylent. A friend of mine just drinks it because it has lots of nutrition and it's easier for them than eating regular meals. I say go for it, see how it works. If…

Well... yeah? I mean throw cheese and mayo on there... plus the bread.

Is your TDEE on work out days 1700 calories? Just because you're eating all day long doesn't mean you are eating enough. Are you getting enough fats?

There's a burrito sauce?

I wouldn't make a habit of going so low under calories, since you're already at a deficit. Your body isn't always going to be trust worthy as to when you are hungry or when you're not. I would try to always hit your goals, even if you don't feel hungry.

Work out more? Just start lifting weights, strength training can do wonders.

If I went to a chinese buffet I'd probably go straight for the orange chicken and sesame chicken, then probably some egg rolls. I really like the high calorie stuff. I'd recommend getting a small portion of the things you like and not going back for seconds. It's only once a month, so going slightly over on things won't be…

I know you say you don't want this recommendation but protein shakes and bars are actually very very tasty. I would 100% recommend them. One protein bar can have 20 grams of protein, same with shakes. Like, it's a very easy way to boost your intake.

I don't trust the "eat when you're hungry" philosophy. The body isn't that great at giving out hunger and full cues, as we have all experienced. Just eat to your calorie goals.
