I think it's interesting how much over in calories you were than you guessed. 1,200 calories is a massive difference. It's a good example of how people tend to underestimate on their calories and end up gaining weight or not losing and then wonder why. Pretty cool experiment.

So basically you're suggesting eating a single patty of beef with cheese on it? Most places have reasonable options. Is there a Subway in the food court? A place with sandwiches or salads? You could do anything really. Check out the menu and pick reasonable options. Having one day of going over or one day of "bad fast…

What things are you eating? What is your diet? You should open up your diary so people can help you. Calorie dense foods are helpful, like a bagel with lots of peanut butter on it. Butter, oils, almonds, chocolate, ice cream, cookies.

I really really hate the push pull sled. It kills me.

There's a place here called Lamar's. They have giant delicious doughnuts. There's also a Voodoo doughnuts here and I am all about the crazy doughnut flavors and love that place.

But your period bloating is only temporary? So what does it matter if you're bloated for a few days a week? It doesn't affect your overall weight loss.

Please don't' do this, please don't.

Greek yogurt, avocados, coconut things, cheesy things.

No.

You're allowed to go over your calories sometimes, it's not a huge deal. But there's no reason not to track it. Just because you didn't track it or log it doesn't mean the calories didn't count. Your body is still counting those calories. Just log them and move on, or don't log them and still eat it. Either way it doesn't…

It is important to keep your body fueled with proper nutrition. It is important to make sure you're not significantly under your calorie goal. The whole "eat only when you're hungry" thing is kind of a bit more gray than people make it out to be. Sometimes the body won't always send the cues that it needs food, but it…

You can eat those oreos and you don't have to worry about burning them off. You aren't going to stop losing weight because you went a little bit over your deficit occasionally. You're probably around 250-500 calorie deficit with the calories MFP gave you, so you could even have those 2 oreos and still be at a deficit.

You can eat bread, peanut butter, and bread.

No, they are saying that there's something mental going on with you and calories if you're too afraid to eat more than 1850. Like a mental block of sorts with numbers. But if you're still losing weight, as others have said, you NEED to eat more. You're working out more, your body needs more to maintain. If you don't eat…

Spare ribs? More like steamed vegetables.

Try to stop focusing on "being good". You don't have to be really strict with yourself. You don't have to cut out foods. You can eat what you want, just a little bit less than what you're burning. So that could be 1500-1800 calories worth. You can eat a lot, allow yourself a lot. If you're finding yourself restricting…

what are you disagreeing with exactly?

You rest.

You learn to stop feeling guilty for indulging once in awhile. Just carry on as normal tomorrow. It's no big deal. You didn't waste anything, you didn't ruin anything, you haven't failed.

Stop eating 4 luna bars a day to start. Meal prep so you can just grab and go in the mornings. Fruits are good options for breakfast. Fruits and bagels, fruits and toast.
-
Well, I mean, how many calories are you taking in every day? Are you sure you're eating enough? Sometimes it's okay to bump up the calories a little bit. If you're THAT hungry, you need to eat more usually. But I don't know what your diary looks like.

I bought some cheetos mix ems and took the bag with me while I watched netflix because I could "control myself and only eat a few". To my surprise it's really really easy to eat almost an entire bag of cheetos.

When is low too low? 40s seems really low. What's the difference between an athlete with a HR of 44 and someone who is anorexic? I mean, in one scenario doctors are very concerned. It just seems really low. Is lower much better? When is it concerning and when is it really healthy? I've asked the same question different…

You're setting yourself up for failure. Up your calories, you will still lose.

The only thing that will help you lose weight is a low calorie diet, as in less than you're burning. It doesn't matter if you eat lots of carbs or after 6pm. You can also eat lots of fat.

I have had a couple yoga classes where I ended up slightly out of breath and sweating/hot. Sometimes yoga can be intense. It's not just "la de da da deee, I am going to reach for my toes and breathe slowly." Not saying I burned 300 calories but it IS possible to get a really good work out from yoga.

You won't put on weight when you eat at maintenance. There will be a jump in the scale when you start eating more, but it will go back down. Your weight will also fluctuate a little bit naturally anyway. You don't have to do anything fancy, no IF needed. More calories than your deficit doesn't equal weight gain, more…

I don't know what Yin Yoga is, but yoga can sometimes be quite challenging or sometimes it can be quite relaxed. Just go at your own pace, do what you can do. There's no need to do things exactly like the instructor does. Just breathe and don't stress out about doing it right. Listen to your body and how it feels.

Add me please? I need more friends! Let's get through this together.

You're eating less than the amount of calories it said you should be eating to hit maintenance? Eat more calories. Actually eat it all.
