Maybe the the worst as in, they are relatively small and have as many carbs/calories that qualify it as two fruits. So it's basically eating two fruits in a smaller size?

Stop- stop eating so early before bed. There's nothing wrong with going to bed on a full stomach. I also don't really recommend drinking tons of water before bed unless you want to be up peeing in the middle of the night. Try rearranging things and having a snack closer to bed time and see how it works for you and how you…

Pack snacks to eat after lunch and before you get home.

What is 80/20? Oops never mind.

I don't do cheat days or cheat meals because I hate feeling like those meals/days are things I am waiting all week for. I hate making food something I am looking forward to or restricting only to reward myself with at a later date. I have been cleaning up my diet and eating more fruits, veggies, lean proteins, healthy-ish…

I tried the Cinnamon Roll flavored ones and oh man, they were good. I had to give them away or I was going to end up eating the entire package.

The goal is to eat 1200+ it's not to eat under 1200 calories. You're already at a deficit at 1200 calories. So now we've cleared up that your goals are to hit 1200 or above, yes you can eat anything you want that works for you.

I never look at butts. It's never a thing I am even remotely interested in checking out. I am shocked to see how many girls are saying yes. Now calves... yeah, I look at those. Oh do I look at those.

I am in Broomfield! Work out/hiking/walking/whatever buddies would be awesome.

My stomach area for sure. Boobs were gone like the fourth day of eating less, so unfair.
-
The other day I went down the snack aisle and saw two packages of blueberries sitting in an empty space where a box of cheezeits used to be. They probably still made a good decision.

I've never heard of this. Is it just like weight watchers? What is "free food"?

I have a personal trainer and I absolutely love having him. Hiring him was the best decision I've made for myself. I was making zero progress, losing no weight and just kind of flailing about in the gym. I think he has given me a great set of skills where I can be successful in life. He looks at my food logs and gives me…

Change it back to what you feel more comfortable with. You don't HAVE to eat 1200 calories just because that's what MFP says you should eat.
-
It can be depending on what you do and who the teacher is. It can get really intense.
-
That's just normal body functioning burning calories while you are living. It's not extra calories, just existing calories.
-
You don't HAVE to do what the fitbit says. You can lose weight with eating less and only getting 2500 steps. Try walking for 30 minutes after work for now. Just do what you can't, don't burn yourself out.

Try eating regular foods and not relying on granola bars. Fruits? Vegetables? Rice? Oatmeal? Peanut butter? You will not gain if you eat more just because you are full if you are only eating around 1000 calories a day. You are going to start becoming very tired and lethargic. You will lose weight eating so little but you…

Regardless of if it's an eating disorder or not, I would 100% recommend talking to someone professional. It sounds like you're developing a very unhealthy relationship with food. While it may not be "that" bad right now it could get much much worse. You don't want your entire life to be consumed by this with feelings of no…

I finally bit the bullet after a year of working out and got a trainer because they were having a really good special. Best decision of my life. 1000% recommend getting a trainer. Do it, just do it. You will be so glad you did.

The first time I drank one, I thought my stomach was going to die. It was the most uncomfortable feeling ever. I was bloated and felt like I had to poop but I couldn't. And I was like, oh great, this isn't going to work. and then I got my period. so that was the reason. Since then, the protein shakes have been fine.

As long as you push the lunch calories to a different meal time it's fine to work out during lunch. Don't skip eating it entirely, that's not healthy.
-
I will agree with a couple of the others and suggest adding some fats in. When my meals lack fats I end up being hungry a lot sooner than normal. It doesn't matter how much protein is in the meal, for me, I need those fats.
-
I want more open diary friends too. Feel free to add me. I like seeing different options for meals.

Sometimes I eat cookies for dinner and sometimes I eat ice cream for lunch and I've some how managed to still lose weight. Must be a miracle!?
-
Eat a bit more, play around with it.

This fight always comes up, this "starvation mode is a myth" thing. Sometimes there ARE anorexics who aren't stick skinny. I've known them. I know a girl personally who struggled with anorexia and bulimia for YEARS and she is overweight. Your body CAN get to the point where you will no longer lose weight no matter how…

Dude, you know like... your body is burning calories doing absolutely nothing but laying on the floor surviving right? Your body is burning calories just to stay alive and do absolutely nothing else. So of course your body is going to burn calories while you sleep.

Not sure if you have it in the grocery store near you but there's a store brand of yogurt called Carbmaster, it's higher in protein, low in carbs and sugar and really really good. I like it a lot, I can't stomach greek yogurt at all. I'd definitely look for the Carbmaster.
